Is RedCyfer really a one-person shop?
Yes. I do the engineering, and you talk to me directly. On larger builds I bring in specialists I've worked with for years — under my contract, managed by me, so you still have one number to call and one person accountable.
How does flat monthly pricing work for custom work?
Custom builds start as a fixed-scope sprint: you see the hours, the deliverables and the price before any work begins. Once the system is in production it rolls into a flat monthly retainer covering hosting, monitoring and ongoing changes — one number, no time-and-materials surprises.
Why offer a free accessibility audit?
Because most small-town sites fail WCAG 2.1 AA today and nobody has told them. The audit is the honest first step whether you hire me or not — if the fixes are small enough for your own webmaster, I'll say so.
Where is my data hosted?
In AWS, in infrastructure I run and monitor from my own NOC. You own your code and your data, and you get the credentials — nothing is locked to a platform you can't leave.
Can I switch providers later?
Yes, and I'll help. Month-to-month plans cancel any time and you leave with a runbook: configuration, DNS, ports, credentials, and where everything lives. Municipal clients own their content outright.
